Notification center
Everything that happens on your account in one place, from codes and refunds to support replies and new sign-ins, and a choice of what also reaches your phone.
The notification center collects the important events of your account. Open it with the bell on the Home screen of the app or in the header of the website. A badge shows how many are unread.
What you are notified about
- Code received: the first code of a number has arrived.
- Refund: a charge was refunded, with the reason.
- Balance credited: a promo code, invite reward or other credit was added.
- Support reply: our team answered one of your tickets.
- New sign-in: your account was used on a new device.
- Invite reward: a friend you invited qualified and your reward was paid.
- Developer: an API key was created, or a webhook was switched off after repeated failures.
- Announcements: important news, such as planned maintenance.
For your privacy, a notification in the center never contains a code. Open the number to see it.
Read, clear and filter
Mark one notification as read or all of them at once, show only the unread ones, and delete the ones you no longer need. Notifications are kept for 180 days.
Choose what reaches your phone
In the notification center's settings you decide which events also send a push notification: support replies, credits, new sign-ins and refunds. Support replies, credits and new sign-ins are on by default. You can also mute types you do not want at all. New sign-in alerts cannot be muted, because they protect your account.
Alerts for arriving codes are controlled separately, with Code notifications in Settings.
