SmsGrab keeps only what it needs to run your account. The full details are in our privacy policy; these are the parts people ask about most.

Messages and numbers

  • The SMS messages your numbers receive, and the codes in them, are deleted automatically 30 days after they arrive.
  • The phone number of a finished activation is removed 365 days after the purchase. Service, country, price and status stay for accounting.
  • Your numbers and codes are shown only in your own account.

Passwords and sign-ins

  • Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in readable form.
  • Account activity keeps security events for 90 days.

No tracking

There are no ads, analytics or third-party trackers in the app or on the website.

Download your data

You can download everything your account holds as one JSON file: profile, preferences, balance, numbers with their codes, transactions, favorites, recent account activity and sessions.

You can download your data up to 3 times a day.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. See Deleting your account.
