Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password. A guest account confirms by typing the word shown in the app instead.

On the website

Sign in, open Account > Settings > Delete account and confirm with your password.

By e-mail

If you cannot use the app or the website, write to support@smsgrab.com from the e-mail address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it once we have confirmed that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Every session on every phone and browser is ended.
• Your e-mail address and password are removed.
• The phone numbers of your activations and rentals are erased and all received messages are deleted.
• Your favorites, preferences, notification tokens and account activity are deleted.
• Any balance left in the account is lost.

What is kept

The entries of your balance ledger remain for accounting and tax purposes, no longer linked to any e-mail address.

You can sign up again later with the same e-mail address. The new account starts empty.
