Receipts and monthly statements

Every movement of your balance comes with a receipt: purchases, refunds, promo codes, invite rewards and adjustments. In addition, every month with activity has a monthly statement.

Receipts

A receipt shows:

• its receipt number, in the form SGR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX;
• the date, the type of entry and the amount in US dollars;
• your balance before and after;
• for numbers, the service, the country and the phone number, partly hidden;
• related entries, for example the refund that belongs to a purchase.

To open a receipt:

• App: open Wallet and tap a transaction.
• Website: open Account > Receipts, or choose a transaction in your Wallet.

You can save every receipt as a PDF, in the app and on the website.

Monthly statements

A statement lists every balance entry of one month, oldest first, with the opening and closing balance and totals for purchases, refunds, promo codes, invite rewards and adjustments. There is a statement for every month with activity, and the last 24 months are listed next to your receipts. Save them as PDF as well.

Good to know

• Receipts and statements are always in US dollars, the currency of your balance, even when you display prices in another currency.
• Phone numbers are always partly hidden on receipts and statements.
• A receipt number is permanent: support can find any entry by it, so mention it when you contact us.
