SmsGrab refunds automatically. You never have to ask for the refund of a number that did not receive a code.

You get the full price back when

Situation Refund
No code arrived within 20 minutes Full price, automatically when the number expires
You cancelled before the first code Full price, immediately
The number could not be delivered after payment Full price, in the same step, or you are not charged at all
A rental cancelled in its first 5 minutes, before any message Full price, immediately
A rental extension that could not be completed The extension price, immediately

No refund when

  • A code or any other message reached the number. It then counts as used, even if the code does not work in the other service or you entered it too late.
  • A rental is cancelled after its first 5 minutes, or after it has received a message.

Where refunds go

Refunds are credited to your SmsGrab balance in US dollars, each as a separate entry with its own receipt. They are not paid out anywhere else.
